10.02.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to completely relax the condition No.iii of the order dated 10.11.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13905 of 2025 which reads as under: " The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that it is difficult for the petitioners to attend before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners herein are cooperating with the Investigating Officer.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.P.No.13905 of dated 10.11.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when their presence is required. All other conditions shall

remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
