Heard.

2. Questioning the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds with respect to the land admeasuring Ac.50-00 cents in Survey No.1/P24 of Eedulavari Kandriga Village, Saidapuram Mandal, Nellore District, to the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The case of the petitioners is that they among the family members have arrived at a family settlement with respect to the property belonging to their father. Petitioners applied online on 21.03.2016 for mutation and also issuance of e-passbooks in their respective names. On verification of the status online, petitioners found that their application was rejected on 03.05.2016. Petitioners were not even issued any notice with respect to the conducting of enquiry as required under Section 5 of the ROR Act nor any order was passed.

4. As the petitioners submit that no orders were communicated to them as of now, interest of justice would be served if the fourth respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the rejection proceedings to the petitioners within a period of one week through registered post acknowledgment due. As and when petitioners received the same, petitioners shall be entitled to exercise their right under the Act in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
