THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.31002 of 2018 ORDER :

The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is as under:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in supplying the copies of Minutes of DPC dated 14.08.2018, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to law, and violative of Art. 14 of the Constitution of India, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Since no such relief can be granted, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the competent authority ventilating his grievance against non-consideration for promotion.
