CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14894 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorari call for the records with regard to the order dated 2.11.2009 in FA.No.882 of 2007 of the Hon`ble AP State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad and order dated 28.5.2007 in CC.No.787 of 2006 of the Hon`ble District Consumer Forum-I, Hyderabad and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and unconstitutional."

At the hearing, no one represented the petitioner. A perusal of the record shows that notices sent to respondent No.1 have been returned unserved with the endorsement "incomplete address". Indeed, the address mentioned in the causetitle pertaining to respondent No.1 shows that he is a resident of Yousufguda, Hyderabad. Yousufguda being a huge area, it is impossible for the postal authorities to locate respondent No.1 and serve notice on her. As the petitioner failed to furnish proper address, respondent No.1 is not represented at the hearing. Hence, we have no option other than dismissing this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14894 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 28-06-2010, is vacated and WPMP.No.18760 of 2010 is disposed of.
