2. Petitioner seeks police protection with reference to lands allotted to him, being ex-servicemen, admeasuring Ac.0-63 cents in survey No.275-7, an extent of Ac.0-31 cents in survey No.275-8 and an extent of Ac.0-87 cents in survey No.308-3C at Kappalabandla Village of Puttaparhy Mandal, Anantapuram District. Alleging that the very same lands were re-allotted by respondent No.6-Tahsildar to one Sreenivasa Naik and 17 others by order dated 09.02.2009, petitioner filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) and the RDO by order, dated 22.12.2014, set aside the said the allotment and allowed the appeal. Hence, petitioner seeks protection to
that extent.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the said Sreenivasa Naik and 17 others have filed revision before the Joint Collector, Anantapuram bearing No.E2/242/2015 and the Joint Collector has granted stay on 14.02.2015. Said revision is stated to be pending. In view of that, the respondent police state that they would abide by the directions as would be given by the revenue authorities.
4. Since the revision, as aforesaid, is pending, petitioner has to approach the said revisional authority and seek appropriate directions. With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
