HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30795 OF 2018 ORDER :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner at the instance of 5th respondent and in forcing the petitioner to settle the property disputes with the 5th respondent with regard to house property bearing D.No.264, Kuntamukkala Village, G.Konduru Mandal, Krishna District.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegation of the petitioner that they are interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 5th respondent who is the mother of the petitioner. It is stated that when a complaint was received from the petitioner and his grand mother through registered post on 21.08.2018, the respondent police entered the same in General Diary and thereafter as the same is in civil nature informed the same to the petitioner. It is also stated that the respondent police never detained the petitioner in the police station and never forced the petitioner to sign on blank papers. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to pressurise the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the 5th respondent and also not
to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
