Heard.

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Karimnagar to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1375 of 2015 in M.C.No.17 of 2005.

It appears that the petitioner filed petition for enhancement of maintenance, but the trial Court did not evince any interest to decide the said petition in accordance with law.

By exercising power under Sections 482 and 483 Cr.P.C, I deem it appropriate to issue a direction to the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Karimnagar to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1375 of 2015 in M.C.No.17 of 2005 filed for enhancement of maintenance within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without giving undue preference to this matter.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
