Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana) for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

According to the petitioners, for redressal of their grievance, they submitted a representation on 15.11.2016 to respondent No.2, but no action has been taken on the said representation, due to which, they are sustaining irreparable loss and injury. 3.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the representation dated 15.11.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioners would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law by respondent No.2.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 15.11.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
