THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30844 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment over the land admeasuring Acs.3.21 guntas in Survey No.83/A situated at Damarakunta Revenue Village, Kataram Mandal, at the instance of the fourth respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint before the police of Kataram, Jayashankar Bhupalapally District, on 29.07.2018 against the first petitioner and another; that the police after entering the same in the General Diary, had enquired into it and come to the conclusion that the dispute is of civil nature, as such, no further action is required to be taken; that the respondent police are taking steps to refer the said complaint as 'Civil in nature' and that the allegation of the petitioners that they are being harassed by the respondent police is denied.

CKR, J WP.No.30844 of 2018 Having regard to the stand of the respondents that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent is being referred to as 'Civil in nature' and there being no reason for the respondent police to call the petitioners to the Police Station and Circle Office, the Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that the respondent police shall not call or harass the petitioners without there being any case registered against them. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
