There was no representation for petitioner on 12.04.2016 as well as today. It appears that in the passage of time, petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
