ORDER:
Feeling aggrieved by the grant of building permission in favour of respondent No.5 by the executive authority of respondent No.4 Gram Panchayat, the petitioner filed this writ petition. At the hearing, Mr.K.Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed that under Section 128 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, his client has a remedy of appeal to the Gram Panchayat and also a further appeal to the District Panchayat Officer.
In view of availability of the aforementioned effective alternative remedies, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the abovementioned remedies. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.51846 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
