This Court while admitting the writ petition on 07.04.2010, granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.9682 of 2010.

Though, the matter is pending since 2010 and this court passed interim order on 07.04.2010, till today no counter is filed.

Since, the relief sought in the writ petition worked out by virtue of interim order dated 07.04.2010, no further orders are required and I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 07.04.2010, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.9682 of 2010. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
