Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pieader for Home appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Md.Raheemuddin, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4.
2.
On 01.05.2014, petitioner submitted a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda district, requesting to take action against the persons named in the said complaint. Alleging that no action is taken on the said complaint, this writ petition is filed.
3.
It is seen from the copy of complaint enclosed as Ex.P. I at Page No. 13 that on the right hand side of the complaint, the Superintendent of Police made an endorsement advising the complainant to approach the Court and to seek directions to restrain the persons and to seek police protection. In other words, the Superintendent of Police was not inclined to receive the complaint and advised the complainant to approach appropriate Court. Thus, by the time, the writ petition is instituted no complaint was pending with the Superintendent of Police, for this Court to declare the conduct of respondent-Police authorities in not acting upon the complaint of petitioner as illegal and to give direction.
4.
Thus, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law, on any
-3grievance which was the subject matter of the said complaint. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed' SD/.T.KRISHNA KUM ASSISTANT REGIS //TRUE COPY'
