HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 23501 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed seeking to quash the FIR No.206 of 2011 of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420 and 406 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
