3. Lt:arned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as temporary injunction application in 1.A.No.538 ot 2024 is not being heard and the same is s:ill pending, the petitioner is put to irreparable loss.

As it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.565 of 2024 was filed in the year 2024 and orders so far have not been passed in l.A.No.S3g of 2024, this civil revision petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, directing t:he trial Court i.e., the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, to pass orders in l.A.No.S3B ot 2024 in O.S.No.565 of 2024 pending on its file, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and the -l respondent. As this revision petition is disposed of at the admission
