HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.4090 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner has come up with the above revision, aggrieved by the non-disposal of the stay petition in an appeal arising out of an interim order of injunction.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In a suit filed by the respondent, an interim injunction was granted on 2-5-2016. The petitioner filed an appeal along with an application for stay. The said petition is pending for the past one year. There is no point now in directing the said petition to be disposed of. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Appellate Court to dispose of C.M.A.No.12 of 2016, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
