O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the Branch Manager of the 3rd respondent - Bank in not considering the representations of the petitioner - Society dated 13.02.2017 and 21.08.2018, for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate', the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter was adjourned on the last occasion on 29.08.2018 at the request of Sri Ambatipudi Satyanarayana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank for instructions. Today again he seeks time for instructions.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is before the 3rd respondent - Bank by way of representations dated 13.02.2017 and 21.08.2018, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said representations of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
