This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 25.04.2012 in C.M.A.No.82 of 2009 on the file of the Court of VIII Additional District Judge,(FTC) Warangal, whereby where under the order dated 02.06.2009 in I.A.No.227 of 2008 in O.S.No.379 of 2008 passed by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, was reversed.

Heard both the counsel.

As per the office note, O.S.No.379 of 2008 was disposed of on 29.10.2012.
