CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.9063 of 2017 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.9063 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, by name, Sai Krupali (for short "the alleged detenu") before the Court and set her at liberty. At the hearing, the counsel for the petitioner is not present. Learned Asst.Govt.Pleader, attached to the Advocate General (TS), submitted that the alleged detenu has been traced out in the month of May, 2017, and she, being major, is presently with her father, the petitioner.

As the submission of the learned Asst.Govt.Pleader, as recorded above, has remained uncontroverted, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
