ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.129/76 at Brahmanvadi, Circle No.1, Vijayawada City, even though her authorisation is subsisting and valid up to 31.3.2010, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.

Kowturu Vinayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 26.3.2009, in WPMP.No.8529 of 2009 is vacated and WPMP.No.8529 of 2009 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
