HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR Writ Petition No.4555 of 2015 Order:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proposed action of the respondents in preparing the transfer orders of the petitioner from the 4th respondent-College in the middle of academic year without considering the representation dated 03.02.2015 made by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to take any steps to transfer the petitioner in the middle of the academic year from the 4th respondent college.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education.

3. The writ petition is a premature one and there is no subsisting cause of action, hence the same is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, in the circumstances, no costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
