THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42062 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.31361 of 2013 for the same relief that is now sought.

By order dated 11.11.2013, this Court disposed of W.P.No.31361 of 2013 observing that the police authorities were not entitled to interfere with the card game of Rummy (13 card game) whatever be the stakes. As the petitioner is protected by the said order insofar as the game of Rummy is concerned, it is not open to it to once again seek another order in relation to the same cause of action. The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
