HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.9144 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is A.3 among 3 or more accused of Cr.No.74 of 2018 of Jammikunta Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 read with 34 IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for anticipatory bail and the learned Public Prosecutor in opposing the same and perused the bail application averments and the First Information Report and the earlier dismissal order of the anticipatory bail application in Crl.M.P.No.556 of 2018 by the learned Sessions Judge and withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application before this Court in Crl.P.No.7172 of 2018 by order dt.01.08.2018.

Perused the material on record. A reading of the First Information Report prima facie makes out a case against the petitioner/ A.3 as well as A.1 and A.2 but A.1 and A.2 were granted regular bail after their arrest with remand report dt.05.05.2018 is not a ground to avail any such concession by making a request that there is likelihood of suspension of the petitioner from service. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
