ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings in Ref.G.1202/09, dated 13-8-2009 whereby respondent No.2 has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorization.

A perusal of the record shows that no interim order in favour of the petitioner has been granted.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that the enquiry is not concluded so far and final order has not been passed. The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry, pass a final order and communicate the same to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
