THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.2744 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner relies upon the letter dated 19.07.2013 of the SubRegistrar, Pidimgoyyi, addressed to the Tahsildar, Rajahmundry Rural, East Godavari District, bringing to his notice the discrepancy in the list of prohibited lands and contends that the petitioner's patta land is wrongly included as Government land and for that purpose, he also separately sought survey and demarcation to be carried out to identify the Government land.

Since Full Bench and Division Bench of this Court have already issued directions in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015 and W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch dated 29.01.2016, as detailed therein, to revise the entire list of prohibitory lands under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, it is appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition reiterating the directions of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch dated 29.01.2016. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the order dated 29.01.2016 in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
