Sri D.Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the impugned order dated 10.09.2015 has been withdrawn by virtue of proceedings dated 03.10.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
