HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8341 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "A Writ of Mandamus may be issued declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the claim of the petitioner for appointment by transfer/promotion to the post of Junior Assistant vide Memo No.E1/464/MD/APEWIDC/2014 dated 05.02.2014, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the rules of A.P. Education, Welfare and Infrastructure Development Corporation Employees Service Rules, and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for appointment by transfer/promotion to the post of Junior Assistant."

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent W.P.No.38982 of 2015 filed by the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
