This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Umesh Singh, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent The Court made the following: ORDER

Heard Sri Umesh Singh, learned counsel lor the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is representing the respondent. 2.

Seeking pre-arrest bail, the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3 in Crime No.307 of 2022 of Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad, is before this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not committed any oflence whatsoever and that due to suspicion, the petitioner is arrayed as accused. Learned counsel also states that the husband of the petitioner met with an accident and sustained injuries and the petitioner has to look after her husband and also her two children and considering the said fact, anticipatory bail may be granted.

Vehemently opposing the said submission, learned \ \ Additional Public Prosecutor contends that the petitioner is arrayed as accused not only in this case, but also in Crime No.63 of 2022 of Dhoolpet Police station where +e

Ar.CSL,l Crl.P.No- 1M7 7 ol 2022 allegation against the petitioner is that she is involved in purchase and sale of Canja.

Learned Additionat Public Prosecutor contends that the 1"t accused is the brother of the petitioner herein and both, along with accused No.2, were purchasing and were selling Ganja. The material available on record supports the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor' As per the contents of the FIR, the petitioner is the elder sister of Accused No.1 and they both thought of increasing their earning by procuring Ganj and on that, both of them, along with Accused No.2, started procuring Ganja @ Rs.7,000/- per Kg and were involved in selling the same at Dhoolpet.

Having regard to the allegations thus levelled and as the case is under investigation, this Court is of the view that anticipatory bail cannot be granted at this stage. 7.
