Mr.V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter, dated 02-04-2017, to the Registry wherein it is stated that vide G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 13.03.2013, the Government has granted permission for acqua culture in the lands of the petitioners and that therefore, the cause of action does not survive for adjudication. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the above request.
