IA.No.1 of 2018 is filed by the appellant/plaintiff requesting for permission to withdraw the Appeal Suit filed against the decree & judgment, dated 06.04.2015, in O.S.No.10 of 2008, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Nellore.

Sri T.Balamohan Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant/plaintiff, submits that the appellant/plaintiff and the respondent/defendant are brothers and that at the intervention of elders and well-wishers, both the parties decided to withdraw the litigations against each other without any claims against each other in respect of the suit schedule property and, therefore, the present Application is filed.

Sri K.S.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, is present.

Having regard to the submissions now made and the submissions in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, permission is accorded and the Application is ordered. 5.

As a sequel, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
