Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 20-10-2017 seeking permission for conduct of Ultrasound Scanning in his nursing home, is stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent - District Medical and Health Officer and Secretary, District Level Multi Member Appropriate Authority for Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994), without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take appropriate action, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
