The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in not acting on the representations submitted by them to demolish the illegal structure raised in Plot No.128, in Sy.No.68/1 to 68/7, situated at Ramanthapur, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for admission learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition the statue erected illegally has been removed by the respondents and hence the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J.
