THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34495 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 07.07.2015 and 14.07.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session.
Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 15.04.2010 and 29.06.2011 made by the petitioner under Section 6-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and also for mutation of name in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.00 cents situated in Wy.No.4676-B2 of Singapeta Village, Allur Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.
As stated earlier, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for giving a direction to the third respondent to pass orders on the representations dated 15.04.2010 and 29.06.2011 made by the petitioner, if the same are still pending.
Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the representations, dated 15.04.2010 and 29.06.2011, made by the petitioner under Section 6-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and also for mutation of his name in the revenue records in
respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.00 cents situated in Wy.No.4676-B2 of Singapeta Village, Allur Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, if the same are made and still pending consideration, within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and pass orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
