THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3041 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in I.A.No.402 of 2012 in O.P.No.435 of 2010 dated 16.05.2012 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 16.05.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, that O.P.No.435 of 2010 was disposed on 08.05.2013. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
