This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order, dated 28.12.2015 passed in O.E.P.No.131 of 2014 in O.S.No.3655 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Puttur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the revision, the petitioner died. 4.

In view of the death of the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
