This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Sri K.V.Sekhar, learned counsel for the respondent, has handed over three Demand Drafts for a total sum of Rs.16 lakhs to Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, as full and final settlement of the petitioner's claim.

Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioner, who has received the Demand Drafts, submitted that the Company Petition may be closed as his client is agreeable for treating payment of Rs.16 lakhs as full and final settlement of its claim.
