HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.616 of 2008 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition was filed challenging the conduct of panchanama on 12.01.2008 pursuant to an order in L.T.R. Case No.2/BCM/2004 dated 10.06.2005.

2.

The petitioner submits that she filed a revision before the Government on 19.08.2005 challenging the order passed in L.T.R. Case No.2/BCM/2004 dated 10.06.2005 along with an application seeking stay of the operation of the order. In spite of the same, when proceedings were taken for eviction of the petitioner pursuant to the order of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner approached this Court. 3.

This Court, by order dated 18.01.2008, while admitting the present writ petition, granted interim direction directing the respondents not to seize or take over possession for implementation of the orders dated 10.06.2005.

4. It is evident from the above facts that the Government has taken up the matter in revision and issued a Memo on 18.10.2007 fixing the date for hearing on 20.10.2007 and it was postponed for administrative reasons. The revision is pending before the Government for the last ten years.

5. In the circumstances, the first respondent is directed to hear the revision pending before him after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents and dispose of the same on or before 30.06.2016. Till then, the interim order granted by this Court on 18.01.2008 shall continue.

6.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

7. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
