HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner is a Field Assistant challenges the order of suspension dated 15.07.2008.

2. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that on 31.07.2008 services of the petitioner were terminated. Petitioner refused to receive the order of suspension. However, in the vacancy caused due to termination of the petitioner, notification was issued and a person, by name, P.Upendra, was appointed as Field Assistant. In view of the subsequent termination, the challenge to the order of suspension does not survive and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
