Radhakrishnan) Sri Dominic Fernandes, learned Jr. Standing Counsel, has produced letter dated 30.10.2018, addressed to the Registry to get the appeal listed "for withdrawal", wherein it is stated that the appellant desires to withdraw the appeal.
