THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1743 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner, under Sections 397 & 401 Cr.P.C., challenging order, dated 11.07.2012, passed in Crl.A. No.13 of 2012, by the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Siddipet, whereby the learned Judge partly allowed the appeal by setting aside the payment of compensation of Rs.50,000/- and confirming the other reliefs under the Domestic Violence Act to the aggrieved person, passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel, in DVC No.7 of 2011, vide order, dated 27.03.2012. The matter is posted under the caption 'for admission' today.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though he does not have any instructions from his client, he received information from the 1st respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner, that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the 1st respondent by obtaining divorce and therefore, she is not interested in proceeding with any of the litigations. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
