This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / accused No.2 in C.C No.727 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
