This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of order dated.14.03.2013 passed in 1.A.No.914 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.313 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, whereunder the petition filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act for interim maintenance was in allowed in part granting interim maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month. Aggrieved by the same, the revision petitioner-husband preferred this appeal. 2.
When the matter came up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel for revision petitioner that the main O.P itself disposed of long back and nothing remains in this revision for adjudication.
