HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21617 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent-Sub Registrar to release the document bearing No.P.No.36/2015, presented by the petitioner, in respect of the lands in Sy.No.72/2, over an extent of Ac.0.50 cents situated at Dharmavaram Village and Mandal, Anantapuram District. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware of the reasons as to why the above said document has been kept pending with the 3rd respondent-Sub Registrar. Inasmuch as the petitioner is not aware of the reasons for the above said document being kept pending, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent-Sub Registrar to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the law, as to why the said document is kept pending and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
