Sri Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition and to that effect, he made an endorsement on the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
