Petitioner is presently working as Civil Assistant Surgeon. He applied for study leave to prosecute Post Graduate course in MS (ENT) in NKP Sala Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharastra. Petitioner successfully completed his Post Graduate course and reported to duties. In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to treat the period of post graduate course as on duty. Ventilating his grievance petitioner submitted a representation on 18.04.2016. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Since the grievance of the petitioner was already ventilated in his representation, before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner made in his representation dated 18.04.2016 and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
