HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18666 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 27.04.2013 issued by the 1st respondent rejecting the application of the petitioner.

This Court on 12.07.2013, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.22821 of 2013, to the respondents to reconsider the application of the petitioner for grant of permission for shifting the premises from Venigandla Village to Main Road, Kothapet, Guntur District. In the light of relief which was sought in the main writ petition stands granted by virtue of the interim order dated 12.07.2013, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
