Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.85 of 2018 was registered on 12.09.2018 on the file of Police Station, Kammarapally, Nizamabad District, against unofficial respondents, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 IPC and investigation is taken up. Recording the above statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
