This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1531 of 2017 in Crl.M.P.No.3681 of 2016 (Cr.No.1017 of 2016 of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad), dated 19.05.2017 on the file of the I Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file similar type of application before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
