THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26443 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondent in considering the application dated 12.06.2015 filed by the petitioner Society for grant of permission to start Diploma in Agriculture (D.A) Course for the academic year 2015-2016. At the time of taking up this writ petition for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the letter No.6033/V&L Cell/2015 dated 24.08.2015 was issued to him stating that on inspection of the Committee constituted by the University, it was noticed that the petitioner did not fulfil the required standards and accordingly, rejected the application of the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the respondent to communicate the order to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
