THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.16356 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 7 in Crime No.328 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nalgonda I Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 -A read with 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
